FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can I access my space any time I want?
A: Generally speaking, yes. You have access 7 days a week including holidays. You
may enter as early as 6:00 am until 9:00 pm. If you are a commercial customer and
you require more access, we can give you 24-hour access 7 days a week. If you’re
not out by 9:00 pm, the gate will automatically lock you in.
Q: Can I give some one else my gate code?
A: Yes. Giving out your code is entirely up to you. We do not monitor who accesses
you space unless it triggers an alarm. So, if you give someone a gate code and the
key to your unit, you have given them permission to enter your space and take full
responsibility of that person.
Q: Can I work on my vehicle in my unit?
A: Yes and No. The spaces and facility will accommodate this type of activity. Although
working on any vehicle outside of the spaces will be strictly prohibited. You may
not do any work that requires handling or storing of any type of motor vehicle fluids.
Q: Can I use my unit for a hobby workshop?
A: Yes. Although there is no electricity, the storage space provides a great place
to work and plenty of room to spread out your project.
Q: What kind of security will there be?
A: Security is one of our top priorities. Security cameras are placed on site to
cover all the common area, as well as at the entrance and exit areas of the facility.
Activity will be recorded and the system we provide will also log the entry and
exit times of each person visiting the property. Each member will have his/her own
security code. Door alarms are placed on every storage space. If the personal gate
code is not entered when visiting the property, the door alarm will sound.
Q: Do you have anything to help me move my things into the space?
A: Yes. We have everything you’ll need to make storing easy. We can provide boxes,
shrink-wrap, tape and every other moving or packing supply. We have hand trucks
and a 14 foot moving truck which you can use for FREE when you move in to your space.
Q: What if I forget to pay rent?
A: No problem. We can provide you with a monthly invoice or we can put you on AUTO
BILLING, which will automatically place your rent payment on a credit card each
month. Either option will help prevent having to pay those pesky late fees.
Q: Do I have to pay several months in advance?
A: No, only if you want to. The rental agreement is month to month. You can move
out anytime you like. If you want to pay in advance, we offer a great discount.
If you pay 6 months in advance, we’ll give you 10% off each months rent for 6 months.
Q: Are there discounts I can take advantage of?
A: Yes. For new customers, there is usually some type of special discount offered,
just ask one of our storage professionals when you call. We also have a 6-month
pre-pay discount, and we have a great referral program for all of our new and existing
customers.
Q: When are you open?
A: All Sundance stores are open from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Saturday
we are open from 8:30 to 5:00 pm. Sundays we are closed, that’s our family day.
We are also closed during major holidays.
